About the role
The Marketing Team Lead will develop and implement effective sales strategies, mentor the sales team, and ensure targets are met within the Abuja real estate market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive team performance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to close deals.
- Conduct regular training sessions for marketers on sales techniques and market trends.
- Monitor team progress against targets and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with management to set achievable sales goals.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the Abuja real estate market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
