Studio Concierge

About the role

My Haire Concierge is seeking a warm, polished and highly organised Studio Concierge to own the physical client experience and day‑to‑day studio operations in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every client feels genuinely looked after from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and receive clients, manage the front desk and incoming calls.
• Accurately book appointments, coordinate stylists, braiders and other service providers.
• Monitor daily studio schedule, client flow, check‑ins, waiting times and departures.
• Identify re‑booking opportunities, recommend relevant products and services.
• Handle immediate client concerns, service recovery and ensure consent for photos, videos and testimonials.
• Maintain accurate client and appointment records and complete daily operational reports.

• Naturally warm, welcoming and respectful with excellent people skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing phone calls.
• Calm under pressure, able to multitask and coordinate multiple people.
• Commercially aware, proactive and reliable with punctuality.
• Comfortable using computers, booking systems and digital tools.
