Spa Manager

About the role

The Spa Manager will lead daily operations of the spa in Marina, Port Harcourt, ensuring a relaxing environment and high‑quality service for clients. This role involves supervising staff, managing appointments, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all spa activities, including treatment scheduling, customer inquiries and front‑desk operations.
• Supervise massage therapists, beauty therapists, receptionists, cleaners and other personnel.
• Develop staff rosters, assign duties and monitor performance.
• Train employees on customer service, hygiene standards and professional conduct.
• Maintain inventory of products, oils, towels and equipment.
• Ensure a clean, safe and well‑organized spa environment.
• Handle client feedback, complaints and service issues professionally.
• Design and implement promotional campaigns, membership packages and special offers.
• Track revenue, expenses, sales performance and operational costs.
• Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and report faults promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of an OND.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar spa management role.
