Social Media Marketing Associate

About the role

SunFi is looking for a Social Media Marketing Associate in Lagos to define its public identity and turn its mission into engaging content across digital and physical touchpoints. The role owns social platforms end to end, builds an engaged audience, boosts campaign visibility, supports lead acquisition and keeps the brand voice authentic and approachable.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and curate the presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok, keeping posts timely, consistent and on brand.
• Monitor channels daily and respond to comments, messages, mentions and queries; escalate critical issues, leads and feedback internally.
• Design content strategies that raise brand awareness, educate, generate leads and drive conversions, and tailor messaging for B2C, B2B partners and installers.
• Create reels, stories and posts, and support offline event and field marketing materials.
• Manage content calendars, run integrated campaigns, and provide social content for sales and field teams.
• Support on-ground activations and events, from pre-event promotion to post-event highlights.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks and inquiries, and produce weekly and monthly reports with recommendations.
• Research competitors and trends, test new formats and tactics, and share insights with the wider marketing team.
