About the role

SchoolsCompass is seeking a creative, proactive, and results‑driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to strengthen its online presence and drive organic audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media content strategy.
• Film, edit, and publish engaging videos and other digital content.
• Manage social media pages and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Create content that communicates the brand’s value and attracts the right audience.
• Drive organic growth, engagement, and online visibility.
• Monitor trends, analyse content performance, and provide reports.
• Participate in scheduled in‑person content creation sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong video filming, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work and results.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and generate fresh ideas.
• Willingness to attend scheduled in‑person content sessions.
