About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the creation and execution of social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, edit, and publish high‑quality photos and videos for social channels.
• Expand brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase awareness and conversion.
• Cover events and activities to create compelling visual narratives.
• Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify content opportunities.
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and contests.
• Respond to comments, messages and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the business development manager to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
• Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Hands‑on experience in content management.
• Excellent copywriting abilities.
• Strong communication, analytical and multitasking skills.
