Chief Marketing Officer – iGaming & Betting

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Marketing Manager/Chief Marketing Officer with proven experience in betting and iGaming to lead our marketing strategy in Nigeria. This senior, strategic role focuses on customer acquisition, retention and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns and budgets.
• Drive customer acquisition, first‑time deposits, player retention and reactivation.
• Oversee digital marketing, affiliates, sponsorships, social media and sports‑led campaigns.
• Manage acquisition agencies, CRM providers and marketing partners.
• Track performance metrics such as CPA, GGR contribution and ROI to optimise spend.
• Lead the marketing team and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and responsible gaming standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 7–10 years of marketing experience with strong betting/iGaming background.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies and marketing teams.
• Strong analytical, commercial, leadership and communication skills.
