BTL Marketing Specialist

About the role

TranESS is seeking a creative, hands‑on BTL Marketing Specialist to plan and execute below‑the‑line activities that boost brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales support for its renewable energy solutions in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
• Plan, coordinate and execute field activations, roadshows, in‑store promotions, door‑to‑door campaigns and community events.
• Source, brief and manage vendors, event agencies and third‑party promoters.
• Recruit, train and supervise brand ambassadors, promoters and field agents.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide reports and optimise activities for ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in BTL marketing, trade marketing, field activations or event management.
• Experience in renewable energy, consumer electronics, FMCG or telecommunications is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Lagos and work flexible hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic design skills using Canva.
