CRM Copy Writer

About the role

Moniepoint is seeking a creative and customer‑focused Copywriter to join its Creative team. You will craft clear, engaging copy across a range of channels to support product launches, campaigns, and ongoing customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Write human‑centred copy for the app, website, CRM, social media, product experiences and performance marketing.
• Develop creative concepts and copy for OOH, digital, TV, radio, social, CRM and performance campaigns.
• Translate complex financial products into simple, relatable messaging.
• Produce performance‑marketing copy for Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn platforms.
• Maintain a consistent Moniepoint tone of voice and create culturally relevant content.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in fintech, agency or consumer‑facing environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and multi‑channel copy.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, marketers, product and growth teams.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable and insight‑driven.

Required skills

• Copywriting for Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Scriptwriting for motion graphics and animated videos.
