About the role
We are looking for a proactive Social Media and Outreach Assistant to support our marketing team in Abuja. You will help manage our online presence and assist with outreach initiatives to attract customers and drivers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing social media accounts and publishing content according to the calendar.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions, escalating issues when needed.
- Support outreach campaigns and events, both online and in person.
- Compile weekly or monthly performance reports on reach, engagement, and sign‑ups.
Required profile
- Currently serving or about to begin NYSC service.
- Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent.
- Good written communication and creative skills.
- Friendly, confident communicator comfortable engaging with the public.
- Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and accept feedback.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of major social media platforms.
- Basic content creation using Canva.
- Basic video editing using CapCut or similar tools.
