Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The company is looking for a creative, results‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop and execute digital strategies that boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth for its real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other platforms.
• Generate qualified leads for properties, land, houses and other offerings.
• Develop and implement lead‑quality, conversion and customer‑acquisition strategies.
• Grow and manage the company’s social‑media presence and create engaging content for social, web, blog and email channels.
• Collaborate with Creative, Customer Relations and Sales teams to capture, follow‑up and convert digital leads.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, website traffic, SEO rankings and ROI.
• Manage the digital‑marketing budget to maximise return on ad spend.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years proven digital‑marketing experience, preferably in real‑estate or related sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimise under‑performing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
