Product Marketing Manager

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager will drive marketing strategy, lead generation and partnership development across three distinct brands, ensuring strong market penetration and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand‑specific marketing strategies, digital campaigns, webinars and promotional activities.
• Generate qualified leads, nurture prospects and manage the sales pipeline to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain CRM records, track performance metrics and produce weekly reports on leads, conversions and partnerships.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys to inform product positioning and campaign planning.
• Identify and establish business partnerships with property managers, educational institutions, employers and other relevant organisations.
• Meet defined lead and conversion targets for each brand within the first 120 days.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, business development or sales.
• Proven track record of successful lead generation and conversion.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret marketing data and derive actionable insights.

Required skills

• Practical experience with CRM systems and lead pipeline management.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools.
• Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
