About the role

The Marketing and Growth Manager will lead the promotion of YangaBid, driving app downloads, user registrations and overall platform growth. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that attract and retain adult audiences.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase platform awareness and user acquisition.
Manage digital campaigns across social media and other advertising channels.
Identify and secure partnerships with influencers, brands and promotional partners.
Plan and run promotional events, activations and marketing campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics, user engagement and growth targets.

Required profile

2–3 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in digital, gaming, entertainment, fintech or consumer‑facing platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable results.
Creative, proactive, target‑driven and commercially minded.
