About the role

The Aspire Trust Foundation is seeking a senior professional to lead its Partnerships and Fundraising function. You will shape strategy, build high‑value donor relationships and drive resource mobilisation to support the Foundation’s mission.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement partnership strategies with donors, corporates and key stakeholders.
Lead fundraising strategy, identify funding opportunities and manage a pipeline of donors.
Oversee proposal development from planning through submission and ensure timely follow‑up.
Coordinate execution of partnership and fundraising initiatives across programmes.
Collaborate with leadership and trustees to leverage networks and promote multi‑stakeholder collaboration.
Manage special projects such as the Professional Volunteers Programme and provide strategic support for cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in partnerships, fundraising or donor relations.
At least a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
