Showroom Sales Executive

About the role

The Showroom Sales Executive will drive vehicle sales of electric cars, provide professional customer service and achieve sales targets in the showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, identify preferences and present electric vehicles, including features, pricing, warranty and charging requirements.
• Convert walk‑in, phone and online enquiries into sales, negotiate within approved limits and achieve individual and team targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records, follow up leads promptly and handle complaints or escalations.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals and documentation, submit regular sales reports and coordinate with finance, logistics and after‑sales teams.
• Keep the showroom clean, ensure vehicles are displayed properly and adhere to company policies on conduct and attendance.

Required profile

• Minimum OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in automobile or retail showroom sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑relationship skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and practical driving experience preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar sales management tools.
