Sales Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Smart Wash provides automotive and aircraft cleaning and detailing services. We are looking for an organised, commercially minded Sales & Operations Coordinator to convert customer enquiries into bookings and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries via telephone, WhatsApp, email, website and social media, and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call notes and sales opportunities in Pipedrive and lead trackers.
• Schedule appointments and optimise routes in Logistia, considering travel time, service duration and technician availability.
• Monitor appointments, communicate delays early and coordinate practical solutions.
• Check technician readiness, follow up customer feedback and complaints, and maintain clear records until resolution.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telephone sales, customer service or service operations coordination.
• Clear spoken and written English with a professional telephone manner.
• Evidence of converting enquiries, following up customers and working towards sales targets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
