About the role
We are looking for dynamic Sales Executives to drive B2B sales of high‑ticket solar and energy solutions for a renewable energy company based in Lagos.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads, manage the full sales cycle and close large‑value deals with corporate clients.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings and product demonstrations to showcase solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision‑makers.
- Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, solar, construction, engineering or related high‑value sectors.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation and closing abilities.
Required skills
- Experience selling high‑ticket products such as solar systems, generators or industrial equipment.
- Ability to generate leads, manage pipelines and convert prospects into long‑term clients.
