About the role
We are looking for a highly ambitious Senior Software Engineer to build and scale Base360.ai, the AI operating system for short‑term rental businesses. You will design, ship, and automate customer‑facing products, automation engines, AI‑powered workflows and integrations that directly impact property managers, their teams and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable applications, services and APIs that power reservations, pricing, payments and property operations.
- Build event‑driven automation workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks such as cleaning scheduling and guest communications.
- Develop AI‑powered systems using LLMs and AI agents for guest communication, maintenance triage and pricing decisions.
- Create robust API‑first architecture to connect internal services, booking channels and third‑party providers.
- Integrate with platforms like Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI and Google.
- Deploy and manage cloud‑native, serverless infrastructure on AWS for reliability and global growth.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery from problem definition through deployment and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Strong experience building production‑grade software systems and owning their lifecycle.
- Proven ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions and balance speed with reliability.
- Curiosity about AI, automation and operational efficiency.
- Product mindset with a bias toward action and learning from real users.
