Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of new features, from understanding property‑manager pain points to shipping reliable, AI‑enhanced software that scales across the rental lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders, designers and operators to identify high‑impact problems and define product requirements.
• Design, develop and ship full‑stack features including customer‑facing UI, operational dashboards, automation engines and AI‑driven workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI.
• Implement event‑driven automation that reduces manual tasks like cleaning scheduling, guest communication and owner reporting.

Required profile

• Strong experience delivering production software across both frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with curiosity about user needs and willingness to work directly with customers.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into practical, shipped solutions.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and own outcomes.

Required skills

• Python and FastAPI for backend services.
• React and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Supabase/PostgreSQL and AWS serverless architecture.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and cloud services (OpenAI, Twilio, Stripe).
• Docker and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
