Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. We are looking for an ambitious Product Engineer who can turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software. You will work closely with founders, designers, and property‑managers to identify needs, build solutions, and iterate based on usage.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer workflows, identify friction points, and prioritize problems worth solving.
• Design, develop, test, and ship end‑to‑end features across frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Python, FastAPI).
• Create intuitive user interfaces and operational dashboards that simplify complex rental operations.
• Build event‑driven automation engines and AI‑powered workflows using LLMs and OpenAI APIs.
• Develop and maintain reliable integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, and other ecosystem partners.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software.
• Ability to work across both frontend and backend systems.
• Product mindset with curiosity about why users need a feature.
• Confidence collaborating directly with customers, designers, and founders.
• Self‑driven, able to own outcomes and iterate quickly.
