About the role
Boipays is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (Next.js) to lead the development of customer-facing fintech products, including payments, invoicing, analytics and AI-powered financial workflows. The position is remote and based in Nigeria.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable applications using Next.js, React and TypeScript.
- Develop reusable UI systems and component libraries.
- Optimize performance, accessibility and SEO.
- Collaborate with product, design and backend teams.
- Mentor engineers and establish frontend best practices.
- Build secure integrations with financial APIs.
Required profile
- 6+ years of frontend engineering experience.
- Experience building SaaS or fintech products.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Required skills
- React, Next.js and TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, AWS and PostgreSQL
