Senior Sales Executive

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will drive business development and customer acquisition for financial solutions across the Marina region. You will build a robust sales pipeline, manage client relationships, and ensure consistent revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through field activities, referrals, networking, and strategic prospecting.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Promote suitable financial solutions based on customer needs and drive acquisition efforts.
• Establish strong relationships with customers to encourage retention, cross‑selling and upselling.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to conversion and monitor personal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify partnership opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and prepare periodic sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, business development or customer acquisition.
• Experience in financial services, lending, insurance, fintech or FMCG is an advantage.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets in a competitive environment.
