Sales Support Staff

About the role

The Sales Support Staff will provide essential administrative and operational assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth customer interactions and accurate documentation. This role is based in Edo, Marina and reports directly to sales management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Respond to customer enquiries with accurate product and service information.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, sales reports and related documents.
• Follow up with customers and prospective clients to nurture relationships.
• Coordinate sales orders, deliveries and customer requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer and sales records.
• Assist the team in achieving sales targets and after‑sales support.
• Communicate customer feedback and complaints to relevant departments.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• OND or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, marketing or administration is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Benin City and its environs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hardworking, confident, presentable, proactive and customer‑focused.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure.
• Immediate availability to start.
