Sales & Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth of our enterprise software, AI, cloud and training solutions across Nigeria. You will identify new opportunities, build pipelines and close high‑value deals with corporate and public sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities for DWSA’s technology portfolio.
• Generate leads and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects and institutional clients.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery calls, deliver solution presentations and pitch products to prospective clients.
• Prepare sales proposals, tender responses and lead contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to provide insights to leadership.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Diploma, OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• At least 1 year of proven B2B or enterprise software sales experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, cloud and AI solutions and ability to convey technical value to non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with strong negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
