About the role

The Sales Executive will join Homelight Properties Limited to drive the promotion and sale of its real‑estate portfolio in Marina, Nigeria. This entry‑level position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to start a career in property sales and develop professional sales techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Homelight Properties’ offerings to potential clients.
• Generate leads and follow up persistently until conversion.
• Attend company training on property products and sales methods.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions and client meetings.
• Track and report marketing activities and results to management.
• Maintain a proactive, results‑focused attitude.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level qualification (any field; Marketing, Business Administration or Mass Communication preferred).
• At least 20 years of age.
• Willingness to move locally for lead‑generation activities.
• Strong desire to learn about real estate, sales techniques and client management.
• Energetic, persistent and self‑motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
