Senior Human Resources Officer

About the role

A renowned Nigeria-based restaurant, in partnership with Chrivon Tech Solutions, is hiring a Senior HR Officer in Lagos or Abuja. The role provides HR leadership and support, ensures compliance with Nigerian labour law, manages recruitment and staff documentation and handles HR administration. The salary is N500,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding and staff documentation
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour law and company policies
• Maintain HR records, attendance and payroll inputs
• Support performance management and staff welfare
• Coordinate training and development where required
• Handle employee relations and grievance procedures
• Prepare HR reports using Excel, Word and HRIS

Required profile

• CIPM certified; female candidate preferred
• BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (master's degree holder preferred)
• 5+ years of HR experience; QSR/hospitality experience preferred
• Knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices
• Strong confidentiality and integrity
• Availability for full-time office hours and occasional weekend support

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Word and HRIS
• SHRM/HRCI certification optional but preferred
