HR Support - Client Services

About the role

Talent Spur Advisory Limited is a people and business advisory firm offering HR consulting, recruitment, employee outsourcing, organizational development, performance management and people analytics, and uses the sabiHR platform for its HR and performance management services. It is hiring an HR Support specialist for Client Services, a part-time position based in Lagos with a 90% remote arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and support the use and adoption of the sabiHR platform.
• Assist with HR documentation and processes, and coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records and track performance-related information.
• Prepare basic reports and client updates.
• Escalate complex HR issues to senior consultants and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a good client experience.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of HR processes, documentation and employee lifecycle activities.
• Strong client service skills and effective communication, including clear writing and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliability, discretion and confidentiality.
• Access to a laptop and reliable internet, and availability for occasional in-person activities such as marketing campaigns, training and client visits.
• Prior experience in HR support, client services or administration, and a relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and HR platforms; experience with cloud-based or AI-enabled HR systems is an advantage.
• Comfort handling HR and performance data to prepare summaries and updates.

What we offer

• Salary of N100,000 net per month.
• A training allowance for required in-person training attendance.
