HR Enterprise Outreach Volunteer

About the role

eMigr8 is a tech platform for global talent mobility, relocation and settlement, built around AI and technology. It is at pre-seed stage and is building relationships with HR professionals and networks as part of its B2B growth strategy. This is a part-time unpaid volunteer role of about 6 hours per week, working directly with John to support the HR network OKR by finding relevant HR contacts, starting outreach and keeping accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Identify HR professionals, people directors and talent leads at target organisations
• Initiate and manage outreach to HR contacts via LinkedIn and email
• Research HR associations, communities and events relevant to international talent hiring
• Maintain up-to-date outreach trackers, logging every contact and response
• Draft personalised outreach messages tailored to the HR audience
• Report weekly on outreach progress and flag quality responses for follow-up

Required profile

• Background or exposure to HR, people operations, admin or professional outreach
• Understanding of how HR teams operate and what matters to HR professionals
• Organised and consistent with record-keeping and follow-up tracking
• Able to work independently once direction is set

Required skills

• Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and professional written communication
