Recruitment Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Resurgir Consulting helps businesses build teams that support growth, and is looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process for its clients. The role covers sourcing, screening, onboarding and relationship management, and suits a results-driven person passionate about talent acquisition. It is a full-time remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates proactively through headhunting, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking
• Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Reviewing CVs and applications, assessing qualifications and cultural fit
• Conducting initial interviews and coordinating client interviews
• Guiding candidates through offer negotiation, contracts and pre-employment steps
• Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and following up after hire
• Working with clients to understand their hiring needs and giving recruitment advice and market insights
• Maintaining ATS records and recruitment reports, and keeping up with industry trends

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR (agency experience preferred)
• Proven ability to source and place candidates across several industries
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and handle pressure with multiple priorities

Required skills

• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools is a plus
