Senior Business Intelligence Associate

About the role

Reliance Health is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Associate to turn complex data into clear insights that shape strategy across the organization. You will partner with senior stakeholders, design advanced models, and deliver impactful dashboards and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and product stakeholders to define analytics needs and translate them into data‑driven solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports that integrate multiple data sources.
• Apply statistical concepts, predictive modelling, and rigorous data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing product, business, and operational improvements.
• Lead initiatives to resolve data quality issues and ensure compliance with governance principles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• 4‑5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or product analytics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decisions through compelling data storytelling.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL for querying large, complex datasets.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Proven ability to apply statistical analysis and predictive modelling in business contexts.
