IT Support Associate

About the role

Reliance Health is looking for an IT Support Associate to resolve daily technical issues and provide hardware, software, and connectivity assistance to staff across Nigeria and international teams. The role is based in Lagos and involves both onsite support for local employees and remote assistance for global users.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to helpdesk tickets related to IT and user support.
• Provide onsite support to Lagos‑based staff and remote assistance to global users.
• Track and maintain inventory of IT assets and tools.
• Manage user setup and removal during onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs or hardware purchases.
• Assist with setting up internet, firewall, and office network connections.
• Run routine system checks and escalate technical issues as needed.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn on the job.
