Sales Specialist (Experienced)

About the role

Easyway German Language School, a language training institution offering structured German courses, is expanding and is hiring experienced Sales Specialists. The role involves engaging prospective students, managing leads and driving student enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective students by phone and follow up consistently on leads.
• Convert inquiries and leads into successful student enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide accurate information on programs, fees, schedules and services.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Meet assigned sales and enrollment targets.
• Support sales and marketing activities aimed at increasing enrollment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition or a similar role.
• Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• CRM experience is an added advantage.
