Information Technology Sales Executive

About the role

ValueLink Technologies, a Nigerian B2B IT solutions and managed services provider serving banks, fintechs, telcos, insurers and enterprises, is hiring an Information Technology Sales Executive. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos State, Nigeria, focused on generating new business, running the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and growing revenue with existing and new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads and prepare proposals and presentations.
• Conduct product demos and collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Maintain strong account relationships and monitor market trends.
• Contribute to sales planning and forecasting, hold regular client meetings and report on pipeline and performance.
• Follow company sales processes and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience driving B2B technology solution sales and account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a structured sales pipeline.
• Ability to work with technical, procurement and operations teams with integrity and professionalism.

Required skills

• Strong IT sales and lead generation skills.
• Good understanding of information technology concepts and enterprise IT solutions.
• Clear communication, including presentation, negotiation and documentation.
• Selling cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity or enterprise platforms in financial services or telecom is an advantage.
