Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to promote and sell our manufacturing and warehousing solutions. You will work directly with existing and prospective customers, delivering products, analysing needs and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services to customers using solid arguments.
• Deliver ordered goods to customers and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential customers.
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Generate leads through cold calling and follow‑up.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyse market potential, track sales and prepare status reports.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, competitive activities and new product opportunities.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive for deliveries.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• At least an OND qualification or higher.
• Proven experience as a sales representative.
• Strong relationship‑management skills and openness to feedback.
