Sales Representative – Children’s Footwear & Toys

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to promote our store’s range of children’s footwear, toys and accessories in Lagos. You will engage both new and existing customers, driving sales through online and offline channels while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the store’s children’s footwear, toys, accessories and related products to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify, prospect and pursue new sales opportunities using online and offline marketing channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and marketing targets.
• Develop, implement and monitor marketing campaigns on social media and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging promotional content such as product posts, campaigns and advertisements.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries across all communication channels.
• Conduct market research on customer preferences, competitor activities and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the store team on sales promotions, product launches, special offers and in‑store events.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and marketing initiatives.
• Provide regular sales and marketing reports to management.
• Ensure products are effectively displayed and promoted to maximise engagement.
• Represent the brand professionally and uphold company values.

Required profile

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail or children’s products.
• Location: Lagos.
