About the role
The Sales Representative will engage with customers in our Marina store, providing excellent service and guiding them through product selection and purchase. This role ensures a welcoming environment and supports the overall sales performance of the store.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customers and provide excellent service.
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases.
- Maintain proper product arrangement and store presentation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Process sales and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Required profile
- Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. from a recognized institution.
- Computer literate.
- Friendly, courteous, and customer‑oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a neat and organized store environment.
