Sales & Operations Manager

About the role

The Sales & Operations Manager will lead the hotel’s revenue generation and day‑to‑day apartment operations in Lagos Marina. You will drive occupancy growth, manage partner relationships and ensure flawless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy, revenue and repeat bookings across corporate, travel‑agent and event‑planner channels.
• Maintain listings on Airbnb, Booking.com and other online platforms, keeping photos, rates and availability up‑to‑date.
• Respond promptly to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media and booking platforms, converting leads into confirmed reservations.
• Prepare weekly reports on occupancy, revenue, conversion rates and sales activities.
• Inspect apartments regularly, coordinate check‑ins/check‑outs, supervise housekeeping, security and maintenance vendors.
• Control operating expenses, monitor utilities and ensure accurate documentation of payments, refunds and damages.
• Handle guest communications, resolve complaints quickly and encourage positive reviews and repeat bookings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, hospitality or property management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and booking agents.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
