Sales Officer

About the role

Lopterra Services is seeking a proactive Sales Officer to drive both B2B and B2C sales of its consulting and training services. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential markets, generate and qualify leads, and convert them into sales.
• Conduct sales rounds, present services effectively, and meet monthly sales targets.
• Nurture strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients and represent the company at trade exhibitions.
• Provide weekly sales and pipeline reports and contribute innovative ideas in sales meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Graphic design skills are an advantage.
