Commercial Strategy Leader – Sales Growth

About the role

Thelix Holdings is looking for a commercially driven leader to own sales, customer acquisition and revenue growth across multiple technology businesses. You will manage four Strategic Business Units and act as the head of one SBU, directly responsible for its commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and growth strategies that deliver measurable revenue and profitability.
• Build and optimise sales pipelines, acquisition channels, partnerships and conversion funnels.
• Lead sales, growth and marketing execution across the assigned SBUs.
• Set and manage revenue targets, forecasts, performance metrics and growth budgets.
• Identify commercial opportunities, address under‑performance and implement corrective actions.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to translate growth plans into measurable business outcomes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales, growth, commercial strategy or revenue operations.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
• Experience building and managing sales teams, pipelines and customer acquisition systems.
• Strong commercial, analytical, financial and leadership capabilities.
• Background in SaaS, EdTech, FinTech, AI, Cybersecurity or other technology‑driven businesses is an advantage.
• Ownership mindset with ability to move from strategy to execution and deliver results.
