Sales Executive – Payment, Power & Energy Solutions

About the role

Accretio Africa, in partnership with an established Nigerian firm, is seeking two Sales Executives to drive revenue growth for its payment, power and energy solutions. The role is based onsite in Ikeja, Lagos and focuses on acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Sell payment, power and energy products to businesses and organisations.
• Identify and approach new prospects through cold outreach, field visits and networking.
• Pitch solutions to decision‑makers, handle objections and close deals.
• Grow existing accounts and generate repeat business.
• Track prospects and report on deal status.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, energy or power.
• Comfortable initiating contact with cold leads and explaining products clearly.
• Ability to manage a personal pipeline and track prospect progress.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
