Sales & Marketing Specialist – Real Estate Focus

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will support LA’REALEZA International Limited’s real‑estate and related divisions by generating leads, presenting properties and services, and driving brand visibility across Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for real‑estate, logistics and financial services.
• Conduct property and service presentations for prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social‑media channels and digital outreach.
• Prepare sales materials, proposals and support brand presence at events, roadshows and site inspections.
• Maintain accurate sales records, produce regular performance reports and collaborate with internal teams on pricing and client communication.
• Deliver excellent customer service, handle inquiries professionally and suggest improvements to sales processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with ability to engage diverse clients.
• Proven sales experience in lead generation, negotiation and closing deals, preferably in real‑estate or financial services.
• Experience in sales management and training, including coaching team members.
• Familiarity with digital‑marketing tools and social‑media platforms for outreach and brand awareness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Knowledge of the Nigerian real‑estate, logistics or financial services market is an advantage.
• Proficiency with basic office and CRM tools for tracking leads and reporting.
