Sales & Marketing Specialist – Lagos

About the role

Easyway German Language School is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive enrollment for its language and study programmes in Lagos. The role focuses on converting inquiries into students and supporting promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, turning inquiries into enrollments.
• Promote Easyway’s language courses and study programmes with persuasive communication.
• Follow up leads, maintain accurate sales records and report on performance.
• Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
• Assist in planning and executing basic marketing and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in sales, telemarketing or customer acquisition.
• Exceptional closing and convincing abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and follow‑up skills.
• Residence within or close to Ikeja, Lagos.
