Sales Excellence Associate – Nigeria

About the role

Reliance Health is seeking a Sales Excellence Associate to strengthen and scale its sales operations in Nigeria. You will work closely with the sales team to optimise tools, processes and performance, supporting CRM hygiene and data‑driven improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate sales pitches and provide feedback to improve content, delivery and impact.
• Facilitate coaching sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques and confidence.
• Maintain clean, accurate data within the CRM system by identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Build and update sales dashboards and reports to track KPIs and team performance.
• Identify insights from CRM and performance data to guide decision‑making and team improvements.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
• Stay current on sales enablement trends and tools to improve sales team productivity and alignment.
• Support the creation and refinement of sales content, including scripts, email templates and presentations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, customer success or sales support.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot.
