Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the role

Brit Properties Nigeria is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its real‑estate sales operations in Abeokuta and the wider Ogun State region. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching a team of advisors, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Set sales targets, develop action plans and ensure revenue objectives are met or exceeded.
• Supervise, coach and motivate Real Estate Advisors and other sales staff.
• Generate leads, prospect clients, conduct property inspections, negotiate deals and close sales.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives.
• Monitor performance using sales metrics and KPIs; conduct regular reviews and coaching sessions.
• Prepare accurate sales and performance reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with management on pricing, promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and business partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Entrepreneurship or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development or real‑estate commercial roles.
• Proven track record of managing and developing a sales team.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of real‑estate sales, property marketing and local market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems and basic sales‑management tools.
