Unit Sales Manager

About the role

Brit Properties Nigeria is seeking a dynamic Unit Sales Manager to lead its Real Estate Advisors in the Abeokuta & Marina region. You will be responsible for driving property sales, setting targets, and fostering a high‑performing team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Real Estate Advisors, setting daily, weekly and monthly sales objectives.
• Generate and convert leads through prospecting, referrals, digital marketing, networking and approved channels.
• Participate personally in property sales activities, acting as a role model for the team.
• Coach, mentor and monitor advisors to improve performance and ensure pipeline accuracy.
• Organise property inspections, client meetings, corporate presentations and marketing events.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, clients, sales activities and transactions.
• Prepare performance reports and update the Agency Sales Manager regularly.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Entrepreneurship or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, real estate, business development or a related field.
• Previous experience supervising or mentoring a sales team is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with management.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
