Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will join Computer Associates Real Estate BV’s Nigeria team to drive growth of its real‑estate services. Based on‑site in Ogun State, you will create and execute sales and marketing strategies that attract new clients and nurture existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities in the real‑estate sector.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Manage inbound inquiries, support negotiations and close deals.
• Plan, launch and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Maintain promotional materials and update CRM records.
• Train and coach colleagues on sales best practices.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience, preferably in real‑estate or related services.
• Experience in training or coaching team members.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Ogun State, Nigeria.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
• Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and sales pipelines.
• Ability to analyse sales and marketing data to inform decisions.
