Sales Executive (Real Estate)

About the role

MyGlit Intelligence is recruiting a full-time, on-site Sales Executive (Real Estate) in Abuja. The role covers the full sales cycle, from identifying and pursuing real estate opportunities to closing deals, while meeting revenue targets and supporting promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue real estate sales opportunities and nurture leads
• Conduct property presentations and site visits, and track sales activities in CRM or relevant tools
• Maintain strong client relationships and give accurate information on pricing, features and market conditions
• Prepare proposals and contracts and coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Meet revenue targets, support promotional campaigns and represent the company professionally with clients

Required profile

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a closely related field; prior experience in high-volume or target-driven environments is an advantage
• Sound understanding of local real estate market trends, property types and regulatory requirements in Abuja
• Ability to work on-site, travel locally for property visits and manage multiple deals at once
• Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related discipline is preferred
