About the role
The Investment Advisor will generate leads and guide prospective investors through real‑estate investment opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and present suitable options.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify prospective real estate investors through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and direct prospecting.
- Understand clients’ investment objectives, preferences, and risk considerations.
- Present suitable real estate investment opportunities, payment plans, and investment terms.
- Conduct investment consultations, presentations, and follow‑ups to convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop long‑term relationships with clients to encourage repeat investments and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Keep abreast of market trends and the company’s property portfolio.
Required profile
- A minimum of 3 years of experience.
- A minimum of a degree in a related field.
