Sales Executive

About the role

Collaborating with the sales team, developing business plans covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain profitable results through the sales team.
• Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan and provide specific advice.
• Handle realistic forecasts for services and territory based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort.
• Manage the sales force and sales promotion programme plans.
• Establish, maintain and expand the customer base of the organization.
• Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Maintain and increase sales of the organization’s services.
• Manage accounts and key accounts.

Required profile

• BSC/HND in Marketing, Social Sciences or related discipline.
• 4 – 7 years work experience in a sales role within the cleaning or janitorial industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to set and accomplish goals.
• Good client relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
