Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

REED IT SOLUTIONS LTD is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join its team on‑site in Ilorin. You will promote the company’s IT solutions, generate new business opportunities, and nurture existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through market research and outreach.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Support marketing campaigns by creating promotional material and tracking performance.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide product information and basic training to customers.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute ideas to improve marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in sales, sales management, or business development, preferably in IT or technology services.
• Experience delivering product training or onboarding sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to work independently on‑site, organize tasks, and use basic office and CRM tools.
